Santa Barbara Luxury Rental is first and foremost a family-owned operation. We strive to treat our guests like family and take pride in maintaining a handful of luxury properties in the heart of downtown. As native Santa Barbarans, we relish the opportunity to model to our guests how to best experience our hometown–living in stylish luxury within walking distance of everything! We always like to say, “If you’re going to visit Santa Barbara, then experience it like a Santa Barbaran!”

Our family grew up in downtown Santa Barbara in a gorgeous craftsman home (now the Sky View Terrace and Veranda Bungalow). As we have gradually invested in the properties around our family home, we have been able to honor the legacies of our neighbors by extending their own sense of joy and hospitality to our guests.  We see ourselves as caretakers of the cherished homes of our friends, and want to share the joy of these beautiful houses with as many guests as we can!
